WELCOME
A SELF GUIDED COACHING SERIES

Breaking Through

For LGBTQ+ professionals who are done performing and ready to lead from what makes them distinctly capable.
Most of us were handed the same quiet instruction: succeed despite who you are. Minimize it. Manage it. Fit in.
This series begins from the opposite premise that the very experiences you were told to overcome built capabilities
that workplaces desperately need.

Traditional development moves people from 5 to 0  fixing what’s “wrong,” reducing stress, closing the gap with the norm. This series is about the second half of the line: the move from 0 to +5. From tolerated to thriving.

Six sessions, each about 25–30 minutes. Work at your own pace. Everything you write stays in your browser as you move through — at the end you’ll receive a personal strengths profile built from your own reflections.

A REFLECTION FOR LGBTQ PROFFESSIONALS

Finding Your Voice

For many LGBTQ professionals, voice is complicated. Somewhere along the way you may have learned to choose your words carefully, to make yourself smaller, to translate who you are into something easier for the room to receive. Those were intelligent adaptations. They were also a cost.
This reflection looks at four facets of voice: whether you speak up or silence yourself, whether you claim your space or shrink from it, whether you sound like yourself or a translated version, and whether your voice is actually heard. The aim is not a perfect score. It is to notice where your voice is already free and where it is still doing protective work..
You will respond to twelve statements. Answer for how things are, not how you wish they were.

Eight questions. Answer honestly, not aspirationally.

A LEADERSHIP REFLECTION TOOL

Led Authentically

Drawing on the four classic leadership styles Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness this reflection tool invites you to notice how you tend to lead. None of the four is better than another. What matters is whether you are leading from your real strengths, or from a style you adopted to feel safe.
Many LGBTQ professionals spent years calibrating how they showed up managing comfort, perfecting the work, keeping the peace. This tool surfaces a natural profile and asks a harder question underneath it: where does your style serve you, and where is it still protecting you?
A COMPANION REFLECTION TO BREATHING ROOM

The Long Way Home

Breathing Room tells the story of a journey from performance to presence, a path that moves through six stages: Recognition, Awakening, Crisis, Wilderness, Integration, and Embodiment.
The path is rarely a straight line, and no stage is better than another. Crisis is not failure. Embodiment is not a finish line. Each stage is doing necessary work. This reflection is simply a way of asking, with honesty and without judgment, where you are standing on that path today.
You will respond to six questions. Choose what is true, not what sounds furthest along.
Where you are is exactly where the next step begins.

A LEADER REFLECTION FOR LGBTQ PROFESSIONALS

The Presence Profile

Most leadership tools sort you into a type. This one does something different. It maps the distance between how you lead and who you are, the gap between performance and presence.
For LGBTQ professionals, that gap is rarely accidental. Many of us learned early to manage our voice, edit our visibility, earn our belonging, and bend our boundaries, skills that once kept us safe and now quietly run the show. This is not about whether you are authentic enough. It is about noticing where you are already present, and where performance is still doing the work.
You will reflect on twelve statements across four dimensions: Voice, Visibility, Belonging, and Boundaries.
There are no good or bad scores. Answer for how things are, not how you wish they were.
